Consistency requirements for data communication between MPU and MCU

In the design of C-V2X 5G T-Box, data communication consistency between MPU and MCU is crucial. Since the two store data in different formats (MCU is in big-endian format and MPU is in little-endian format), format conversion is required during transmission to ensure correct parsing and processing of data. To this end, an optimized calculation formula and method are proposed, and efficient data format conversion is achieved by looking up the pre-defined constant data table corresponding to big and small ends.
