The U.S. Department of Commerce announced new semiconductor export controls to China on December 2, further tightening export controls on semiconductor manufacturing equipment, memory chips and other items to China, and adding 136 Chinese entities to the export control entity list. . On December 3, some Chinese companies included in the list responded. These companies include Northern Huachuang, Tuojing Technology, Kaishitong, Shengmei Semiconductor, Zhongke Feichai, Huahai Qingke, Xinyuan Micro, etc. They cover most of the semiconductor equipment field. In addition, some semiconductor material companies such as Nanda Optoelectronics and Xinsheng Semiconductor, as well as EDA companies such as BGI Jiutian, and some chip companies are also included in the list.
