FAW Mazda merged into Changan Mazda and withdrew from the historical stage of Chinese automobile

In August 2021, FAW Mazda officially released its last push, officially withdrawing from the stage of Chinese automobile history. FAW Mazda was merged into Changan Mazda, and Changan Mazda was changed to a joint venture jointly funded by Changan Automobile, Mazda, and China FAW, with shareholding ratios of 47.5%, 47.5% and 5% respectively.
