Infineon's SAL-TC277TP-64F200N DC microcontroller is used in Huawei's latest DriveONE three-in-one electric drive system. This 32-bit AURIX TriCore microcontroller has a 200MHz frequency, 4MB Flash memory, and uses an LFBGA-292 package to meet the needs of automotive and industrial applications.
