Qiyuan Core Power releases new semi-solid-state battery "Qiyuan Jiaolong 600"

Qiyuan Core Power, a subsidiary of State Power Investment Corporation, has released a new semi-solid-state battery called "Qiyuan Jiaolong 600". The rated capacity of the battery cell reaches 600kWh. Through the combination of solid and liquid electrolytes, the battery cell energy density exceeds 310Wh/kg, and the battery system energy density reaches 165Wh/kg. In addition, the battery cell adopts an integrated charging and replacement design, supporting 700A continuous discharge and 700A dual-gun fast charging. In 2C mode, it only takes 6 minutes to charge 120kWh, with a range of 100 kilometers; it can also use 3 minutes to replace 600kWh, and travel 500 kilometers. The discharge rate of this semi-solid battery product can reach up to 7C, and the instantaneous power is strong. It can also realize "vehicle storage sharing", with V2G reverse discharge function, can charge 400kW high-power equipment, and even reverse charge multiple heavy trucks at the same time. Qiyuan Core Power plans to gradually introduce this semi-solid-state battery into the business ecosystem starting in 2025.
