The BCD process makes Bipolar devices, CMOS devices, and DMOS power devices on the same chip at the same time, combining the advantages of high transconductance and strong load driving capability of bipolar devices with high integration and low power consumption of CMOS; at the same time, DMOS can work in switching mode with extremely low power consumption, and can transfer high power to the load without expensive packaging and cooling systems.
