Japan sets sales target of 12 million next-generation software-defined cars by 2030

Japan plans to sell 12 million next-generation software-defined vehicles (SDVs) at home and abroad by 2030 as part of a national strategy that will include cooperation among Japan's auto giants. The goal is to capture 30% of the global SDV market.
