Japan releases draft strategy for digital transformation of automotive industry

Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry released a draft strategy for the country's automotive industry's digital transformation on May 20. The strategy includes three pillars: new types of transportation such as SDVs and driverless taxis, and the use of vehicle data.
