Ruifa Technology won the AEC-Q100 product certification from Jifeng Electronics

On May 31, Tianjin Ruifa Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ruifa") successfully passed the AEC-Q100 certification test with the help of Jifeng Electronic Reliability Laboratory for its automotive SERDES products NS6012 and NS6603, and was awarded the AEC-Q100 certification certificate. Ruifa's certified products are the automotive transmission chip series serializer NS6012 and 4-in-1 deserializer NS6603, which are the world's first commercial mass-produced chips that meet the HSMT industry standard of the Automotive Standards Committee. They support a maximum forward rate of 6.4Gbps and a reverse rate of 100Mb/s, as well as low-latency bidirectional IO transparent transmission and PoC power supply.
