MAHLE Group restructures its Management Board

With the formation of the new business structure, the Mahle Group Management Board will also be reduced to four members from January 1, 2025, namely: Arnd Franz will continue to serve as Chairman of the Management Board and CEO. Markus Kapaun will continue to be a member of the Management Board and Group CFO. Jumana Al-Sibai, the current head of the "Thermal Management" business unit, will continue to be a member of the Management Board and continue to be in charge of the future "Thermal Management and Fluid Systems" business unit. Georg Dietz, the current head of the "Engine Systems and Components" business unit, will continue to be a member of the Management Board and continue to be in charge of the future "Powertrain and Intelligent Charging" business unit.
