MAHLE Group expands its presence in thermal management

The two former divisions "Filtration Systems & Engine Peripherals" and "Thermal Management" will be merged into the "Thermal Management & Fluid Systems" division. The thermal management business will thus gain access to the mature production capabilities that the MAHLE Group has accumulated over the years in the field of filtration systems, enabling it to bring more future-oriented advanced technologies to the market. MAHLE will continue to focus on and deepen its presence in the field of thermal management. This is evidenced by the full acquisition of its holding company MAHLE Behr GmbH, which will take effect on January 1, 2025.
