Yuteng Technology's GaN epitaxial wafers enter production

On May 19, the GaN epitaxial wafer production project of Shaanxi Yuteng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. entered a new stage. The products have been certified by Huawei HiSilicon and other customers, making it the only GaN epitaxial wafer production company in the western region.
