Infineon Technologies Completes Acquisition of GaN Systems for $830 Million

German semiconductor company Infineon Technologies completed its all-cash acquisition of GaN Systems in October 2023 for $830 million. GaN Systems is a leading manufacturer of GaN power transistors, and the acquisition will further strengthen Infineon's position in the power semiconductor market.
