TSMC begins production of Tesla AI training modules

TSMC announced that it has begun using its InFO_SoW technology to produce Tesla's Dojo AI training module. The technology aims to increase computing power 40 times by 2027. Tesla's Dojo supercomputer chip uses TSMC's 7nm process technology. This is TSMC's first InFO_SoW product, which will meet the customized needs of high-speed computing and does not require an additional PCB carrier.
