Samsung lags behind SK Hynix in HBM chip market

While Samsung has a 45.5 percent market share in DRAM chips used in tech devices, it lags behind SK Hynix in HBM chips, which has more than 90 percent share of the mainstream HBM3 market, according to data provider TrendForce.
