Shenzhen Pinghu Laboratory’s talent team and operating model

Shenzhen Pinghu Laboratory has a human scale of about 350 people, bringing together top talents from home and abroad. The laboratory team consists of a chief team and a research and development team, of which 70% have overseas work experience and more than 30% have PhDs. In addition, the laboratory also has an experienced team of engineers, most of whom come from well-known Fab factories at home and abroad.
