The first 8-inch SiC/GaN pilot line in China and its open sharing platform built by Shenzhen Pinghu Laboratory

Shenzhen Pinghu Laboratory has built the country's first 8-inch SiC/GaN pilot line power semiconductor open sharing platform. This platform covers the entire chain of third-generation power semiconductor substrates, epitaxy, device preparation, packaging testing, failure analysis, and reliability verification, and has backward compatibility capabilities.
