LG Energy Solution and GM reach a settlement to set up a $150 million fund to solve Chevrolet Bolt EV battery issues

Recently, South Korea's LG Energy Solution and the United States' General Motors reached a settlement on the Chevrolet Bolt EV battery problem and jointly established a $150 million fund. The fund is intended to provide compensation to car owners affected by battery defects. General Motors said that Bolt owners who replaced the battery or installed the latest diagnostic software are eligible for compensation.
