By the end of 2023, Innoscience's production capacity will reach 10,000 pieces/month, with a yield rate of over 95%. In 2023, Innoscience's total production capacity will be 92,700 pieces, with an output of approximately 66,600 pieces and a utilization rate of 71.8%. Among them, the Suzhou production base will have a production capacity of 48,000 pieces/year in 2023, with an output of approximately 41,300 pieces and a utilization rate of 86%; the Zhuhai production base will have a production capacity of 44,700 pieces in 2023, with an output of approximately 25,000 pieces and a utilization rate of 56.5%. As of December 31, 2023, Innoscience's cumulative shipments of converted GaN discrete devices exceeded 500 million pieces, and its operating income increased from RMB 68 million in 2021 to RMB 136 million in 2022, and further increased to RMB 593 million in 2023.
