Huayou Holdings takes over 300,000 tons of lithium material project

Youshan Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huayou Holdings, has taken over the 55% stake in Guizhou Yayou held by Hunan Yacheng, a holding subsidiary of Hezong Technology. Guizhou Yayou's main product is iron phosphate, which is used to manufacture lithium iron phosphate.
