Huayou Holdings overtager 300.000 tons lithiummaterialeprojekt

Youshan Technology, et helejet datterselskab af Huayou Holdings, har overtaget 55% af aktierne i Guizhou Yayou, som ejes af Hunan Yacheng, et holdingdatterselskab af Hezong Technology. Guizhou Yayous hovedprodukt er jernfosfat, som bruges til fremstilling af lithiumjernfosfat.
