Polestar received a delisting warning for failing to submit financial reports on time

Polestar received a delisting warning from the Nasdaq Stock Exchange in New York for failing to submit its annual report for the year ending December 31, 2023. Polestar has 60 days to submit a compliance plan to Nasdaq in an effort to extend the submission deadline to November 11, 2024.
