CATL and UL Solutions collaborate to advance battery safety performance

CATL and UL Solutions signed a strategic cooperation memorandum to jointly promote the safe and reliable application of battery energy storage systems and power batteries. CATL has started the WTDP accredited laboratory project to apply for UL 9540A to improve product testing efficiency and shorten the time to market. The two parties will also carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of lithium battery safety and environmental protection, and explore business cooperation such as reducing carbon emissions.
