Zhongtong Bus's controlling shareholder changed to China National Heavy Duty Truck Group

On the evening of November 28, Zhongtong Bus Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder will be changed to China National Heavy Duty Truck Group. The change involves 124,941,288 shares held by Zhongtong Industrial Group, accounting for 21.07% of the total share capital of Zhongtong Bus. The shares will be transferred to China National Heavy Duty Truck Group free of charge. Zhongtong Industrial Group was established in 1997 and is the indirect controlling shareholder of Zhongtong Bus. After this change, the actual controller of Zhongtong Bus is still Shandong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd., and the ultimate controller is still the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shandong Province.
