Current status of BCD technology development

STMicroelectronics is still the world's leading BCD process manufacturer, having produced 5 million wafers and sold 40 billion chips. BCD technology is developing in three key directions: high voltage, high power, and high density. It is widely used in products and applications in power management, analog data acquisition, and power actuators to meet the needs of different application scenarios such as automotive electronics, industrial control, and consumer electronics for high voltage tolerance, miniaturization, and high integration.
