Kodali announced to invest in the construction of a power battery precision structural parts production base in the United States

Kodali plans to invest in the construction of a power battery precision structural parts production base in Indiana, the United States, with a total investment of no more than US$49 million. The production base will be jointly funded by Kodali and its wholly-owned subsidiary Hungarian Kodali, with Kodali contributing 85% and Hungarian Kodali contributing 15%. It is expected that the project will achieve an annual output value of approximately US$70 million after reaching full production.
