Jinlongyu announced that, with the approval of the board of directors, the company has invested in the establishment of a holding subsidiary, Jinlongyu New Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., which focuses on the research and development of solid-state batteries and their key materials. In order to further promote the research and development and industrialization of solid-state batteries and related technologies, Jinlongyu New Energy plans to increase its registered capital by 20 million yuan. The capital increase will be entirely funded by Jinlongyu Company, totaling 200 million yuan, of which 20 million yuan will be included in the registered capital and the remaining 180 million yuan will be included in the capital reserve. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Jinlongyu New Energy will increase to 30 million yuan.
