EVE Energy plans to lease 2,000 new energy vehicles

Yiwei Lithium Energy (300014.SZ) announced that the company and its subsidiaries or branches plan to lease no more than 2,000 new energy vehicles to Guangdong Jinlong New Energy Vehicle Sales Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries or branches (referred to as "Jinlong New Energy") for a lease term of no more than 2 years, with monthly rent payments and a total transaction amount of no more than RMB 172.8 million (including value-added tax). Jinlong New Energy is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yiwei Holdings, the controlling shareholder of Yiwei Lithium Energy, so this transaction is considered a related-party transaction. Yiwei Lithium Energy stated that this related-party transaction will allow the company to provide vehicle rental services to employees, which will help reduce employees' travel costs, improve employees' satisfaction with the company, and ensure that employees enjoy convenient travel methods.
