Dow Technology established a solid-state battery research institute to gather top scientific research forces

On November 19, Dow Technology announced that it has established a solid-state battery research institute, led by a research and development team led by doctors from Tsinghua University, Peking University, South China University of Technology and other universities. The team has more than 200 solid-state battery research and development talents, and by June 2024, it has obtained 261 solid-state battery material-related patents. Relying on Dow Technology's existing core technologies, the institute is committed to solving the core problems of solid-state battery material research and development and manufacturing.
