BMW Leipzig plant introduces autonomous driving technology

BMW's Leipzig plant is the next to integrate AFW technology into its production process. The plant has about 5,600 employees and produces about 1,000 vehicles a day. In the future, the AFW system will play a greater role. Eventually, after the Leipzig plant applies the AFW system, about 90% of the BMW and MINI models produced there will use this autonomous driving system in the factory.
