Shenzhen BYD Industrial Co., Ltd. won a new type of industrial land in Baolong Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen at a base price of 378 million yuan. The land area is 103,679.25 square meters, the building area is 411,610 square meters, and the land use period is 30 years. The project name of the plot is "Global R&D Center and Advanced Manufacturing Base (Part 2)". It is understood that on June 15, 2023, the groundbreaking ceremony of BYD Global R&D Center and Energy Storage Industrial Park Project was held at Sankesong Plot, Baolong Street, Longgang District. The project integrates administrative office, R&D, life supporting facilities and other functions, and is committed to building a R&D center with global influence and world-renowned reputation. The project plans to invest 20 billion yuan.
