Geely Automobile Chairman Li Shufu increases his stake in the company

On November 27, according to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's equity disclosure documents, Li Shufu, chairman of the board of directors of Geely Automobile, purchased a total of 24.2 million shares of Geely Automobile on November 26 and 27, spending about HK$316 million. The documents show that on November 26, Li Shufu increased his holdings by 16.4 million shares at an average share price of HK$13.01 per share, involving HK$213 million; on November 27, he increased his holdings by 7.8 million shares at an average share price of HK$13.11 per share, involving HK$102 million. As a result, Li Shufu's shareholding in Geely Automobile increased from 41.19% to 41.40%.
