Weijing Energy Storage's 3GW zinc-iron liquid flow battery project settled in Baotou, Inner Mongolia

The Weijing Energy Storage 3GW Zinc-Iron Liquid Flow Battery (Baotou) Intelligent Manufacturing Base Project officially started construction in Baotou, Inner Mongolia on May 18. The project has a total construction area of ​​208,000 square meters and is expected to be put into production in the first half of 2025 and fully operational by the end of the same year. As the project investor, Weijing Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. has been focusing on the research and development and large-scale application of new energy storage technologies since 2018. Its core technology is zinc-based liquid flow battery energy storage technology with more than 40 years of research and development history.
