Guoyang Electronics has been designated as a mass production site by a key domestic automobile company, promoting the localization of SiC power components

Yangzhou Guoyang Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Guoyang Electronics) recently received a mass production order letter from a key domestic automobile company, and will supply automotive-grade plastic-encapsulated silicon carbide (SiC) power components in batches. Relying on the complete SiC industry chain capabilities of Guoji Nanfang and the 55th Institute, Guoyang Electronics has carried out joint research and development and technical research with this key automobile company, and successfully developed a series of innovative products such as the domestically produced 750V/1200V SiC MOSFET chips and plastic-encapsulated two-in-one SiC power components, and plastic-encapsulated six-in-one SiC power components. The release of the mass production order letter marks that these development results will officially enter the mass vehicle stage.
