LK Group showcases integrated die-casting and post-processing solutions for new energy vehicle manufacturing

On November 26, 2024, at the 2024DMP Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center (Bao'an), LK Group demonstrated its integrated die-casting and post-processing overall solution for new energy vehicle manufacturing. The solution aims to promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the industry and achieve digital and intelligent upgrades. Through integrated die-casting technology, LK Group has successfully developed and delivered to customers multiple sets of 6000T-16000T ultra-large intelligent die-casting units. These equipment have helped customers achieve mass production of large integrated structural parts such as the front cabin, rear cabin, battery tray, and A00-class body chassis of new energy vehicles. In addition, LK Group has also launched the MCG5 series of five-axis dynamic column gantry machining centers, which are specially used for large and complex aluminum die-casting processing of new energy vehicle front cabins, rear cabins, battery trays, etc.
