Pony.ai is listed on Nasdaq, becoming the largest IPO in the field of autonomous driving in the US this year

On November 27, Beijing time, the autonomous driving company Pony.ai was listed on the Nasdaq with the stock code "PONY". The company issued 23 million American Depositary Shares (ADS) at a price of US$13 per share. If the underwriters exercise all their over-allotment rights, the amount of financing will reach US$299 million. In addition, Pony.ai also conducted a simultaneous private placement, raising approximately US$153.4 million in common stock, bringing the total amount of funds raised in this IPO to approximately US$452 million.
