Bosch and SemiDrive Technology jointly develop high-performance central gateway SoC power solution

Bosch Semiconductor and SemiDrive Technology demonstrated a reference design board based on the SemiDrive G9H central gateway SoC chip at the Beijing Auto Show, equipped with Bosch PMIC CS600 power management chip. This power solution highlights the new application of CS600 in the central gateway SoC system, meeting the rapid development of automotive technology.
