SERES Group plans to acquire Chongqing "super factory"

In October this year, SERES Group announced its strategic plan to acquire 100% of the equity of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Longsheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the owner of the Chongqing "Super Factory", the production base of the Wenjie series of models, for RMB 8.164 billion. Longsheng New Energy is a project company focusing on the manufacturing of new energy vehicles. Its main assets include land, real estate, infrastructure and related supporting facilities required for the production of new energy vehicles, and it has established a smart electric vehicle factory (super factory).
