SERES Group plans to acquire Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Longsheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

On November 27, Seres Group Co., Ltd. announced plans to acquire 100% of the equity of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Longsheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. held by Chongqing Industrial Investment Fund Partnership, Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares. The transaction has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, but it still needs to undergo strict review and approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be completed.
