However, an insider revealed that in fact, it was not a complete suspension of wages, but an adjustment to the bonus part. The insider also said that the company's salary structure includes a performance bonus part, but due to the influence of factors such as the industry background and the company's KPI, the bonus payment in 2023 is not appropriate. At the same time, the insider emphasized that this is only a short-term salary adjustment. The company is in a transition and adjustment stage, and the salary level of employees will be restored in the future. In addition, it is reported that Zongmu Technology's new round of financing is expected to be completed in the past two months, and it has entered the relevant process stage. According to the prospectus data, as of 2023, Zongmu Technology's top five customers are Ideal, Seres, Changan, Lantu and China FAW, and the contribution income of these customers accounts for 93% of the company's total revenue. Zongmu Technology has also tried to develop a new business of robots charging new energy vehicles, but due to poor actual application experience, few customers are willing to pay for it.
