Sichuan Road & Bridge, Sichuan Energy Power and BYD jointly hold shares in Sichuan Energy Minerals

According to Qichacha data, Sichuan Road & Bridge (600039) holds 67% of the shares of Shuneng Mining through its holding subsidiary Sichuan Shudao Mining Group Co., Ltd., Sichuan Energy Power (000155) and BYD (002594) hold 20% and 1% of the shares of Shuneng Mining respectively. The remaining 12% of the shares are held by Mabian Yi Autonomous County Hefeng State-owned Assets Co., Ltd., which is a wholly state-owned company.
