Guoxuan High-tech invests in Dutch electric bus manufacturer Ebusco

Guoxuan High-tech, a well-known Chinese automotive battery manufacturer, recently invested in Ebusco, a Dutch electric bus manufacturer. Guoxuan High-tech invested 5 million euros to purchase "unexercised shares" issued by Ebusco, which accounted for 9.3% of the total shares of Ebusco. This investment is undoubtedly a "lifeline" for Ebusco, as the company is currently facing a serious financial crisis.
