Archimedes Semiconductor completes hundreds of millions of yuan in financing to expand SiC/IGBT module production

Archimedes Semiconductor officially completed a strategic round of financing worth hundreds of millions of yuan on November 26, led by Sungrow Power Supply and co-funded by Renfa Investment. This round of funds will be mainly used to optimize product line layout, promote new product research and development and production line expansion, so as to enhance the company's competitiveness in the fields of new energy vehicles and photovoltaic energy storage and charging. The company currently has the production and manufacturing capacity of 600,000 automotive-grade modules, 800,000 photovoltaic storage and charging modules, and 12 million discrete devices per year.
