Enerpac acquires heavy-duty AGV manufacturer DTA for €24 million, strengthening its industrial tools and solutions strategy

On September 14, 2024, Enerpac Tool Group acquired DTA for 24 million euros. DTA is a leader in the industrial heavy load transportation industry, designing and manufacturing mobile robot solutions for handling heavy and special loads. It is reported that the acquisition of DTA will further advance Enerpac Tool Group's pure industrial tools and solutions strategy, add automated on-site horizontal motion products to the heavy lifting technology (HLT) product portfolio, and take advantage of the trend of increasing automation in manufacturing and other industrial processes.
