Orbbec plans to acquire the remaining 30% equity interest in Shenzhen Aorui Da to achieve full ownership

Orbbec announced that it plans to purchase 30% of the equity of its holding subsidiary Shenzhen Aoruida Technology Co., Ltd. for RMB 9.5 million. After the transaction is completed, Shenzhen Aoruida will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
