Cepton, a US LiDAR listed company, is acquired by Koito, a Japanese automotive Tier 1 supplier

Cepton, a US-based LiDAR company, announced that it has been acquired by Koito Manufacturing, a Tier 1 automotive supplier and shareholder. Koito will acquire all outstanding shares of Cepton for $3.17 per share.
