Shengwei International signs lithium concentrate offtake agreement with Pilbara

Shengwei International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shengxin Lithium Energy, signed a lithium concentrate purchase agreement with Pilgangoora, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pilbara, an Australian lithium mine producer, agreeing to purchase spodumene concentrate from Pilgangoora from 2024 to 2026. The supply volume in 2024 is 85,000 tons, and in 2025 and 2026 it is 150,000 tons. The product price will be calculated and determined according to the pricing formula agreed by both parties.
