Silan Microelectronics increases investment in Silan Chiphong Semiconductor Co., Ltd. by RMB 1 billion

In order to speed up the progress of the project, Silan Microelectronics has established a project company "Xiamen Silan Jihong Semiconductor Co., Ltd." in Haicang District, Xiamen City on March 6, 2024. The company's registered capital is 60 million yuan, all of which is funded by Silan Microelectronics. In order to further promote the development of the project, Silan Microelectronics, Xiamen Semiconductor Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Xinyi Technology Industry Co., Ltd. jointly increased the capital of Silan Jihong by 4.15 billion yuan. After the capital increase is completed, Silan Jihong's registered capital will reach 4.21 billion yuan.
