TSMC's first SoW product using InFO technology has been put into production

TSMC's first SoW product uses integrated fan-out (InFO) technology based on logic chips and has been put into production. The feature of this product is that the relevant chips can be integrated into the heat dissipation module without the need for an additional PCB carrier, thus speeding up the production process.
