Ambarella acquires VisLab to strengthen its capabilities in autonomous driving technology

In order to strengthen its capabilities in the field of autonomous driving technology, Ambarella acquired VisLab, an Italian autonomous driving development company, in 2015. VisLab has extensive experience in the development of binocular stereo vision perception systems, and this acquisition has further strengthened Ambarella's machine vision AI algorithm recognition and motion planning.
